Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch online orders twice a week but please allow up to 7 days for your items to be processed and dispatched. All orders will generate a dispatch note to the email address provided at time of purchase once they have left our hands. After your item has been shipped, please allow 2-3 days for Austria delivery and 7-14 days for international delivery.

Orders will be sent using recycled and re-used packaging where possible. We charge a flat rate as standard for Austrian and international delivery, depending on item size and weight. Large or heavy items may incur a surcharge. For all orders, we use special delivery for all shipments to ensure all items are fully tracked and recorded throughout their journey. This provides full security of accounting for dispatched items and covers a safer method of guaranteed shipping. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure - we are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. If you have a preferred shipping method not offered at checkout, please contact us and we will try our best to make that happen.

Please note, due to recent Brexit trading laws, there may be a tax payable upon arrival of your item if purchasing outside of the European Union. This also affect any orders from the United States of America, we use DHL Express but there may be customs duties upon arrival, for which the buyer is responsible. We are not responsible for any import duties,  please bear this in mind when ordering from us and check your countries import rates for further details.
