By their very nature, vintage items have lived a previous life and may display gentle signs of age or wear. Unless otherwise stated, such characteristics should be regarded as part of the history and individuality of each piece.
Every effort is made to provide accurate descriptions and photographs to reflect the condition of each item as faithfully as possible. Should you require additional information, measurements or images prior to purchase, we are always pleased to assist.

Returns & Refunds
We hope that each piece finds a cherished place in its new home. However, if there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Items Not as Described or Faulty
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly differs from its description, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, Eclogue Store will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including reimbursement of return shipping costs where required.
Right of Withdrawal for Customers within the European Union
Customers residing within the European Union are entitled to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right, please notify us within the withdrawal period and return the item in the same condition in which it was received.
Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning the goods in the case of a change-of-mind withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds and Shipping Costs
In the event of a valid withdrawal exercised within the statutory 14-day period, Eclogue Store will reimburse all payments received for the goods, including the cost of standard delivery to the customer, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
Any additional costs arising from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout are non-refundable.
Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning the goods to Eclogue Store in the case of a change-of-mind withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, or materially differs from its description, return shipping costs will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable law.
Return Condition
Returned items should be sent back unworn, unaltered and in the same condition in which they were received, together with any accompanying packaging and accessories.
